PUEBCO’s Vintage Kantha Quilt Pet Bed gives old textiles a particularly good next chapter. Each bed is made from a genuine used Kantha quilt, the traditional Eastern Indian textiles created by layering old saris, fabric scraps, and other cloth together with rows of hand stitching. Originally made for use as bedding and floor coverings rather than commercial products, the quilts have already accumulated years of color, wear, repairs, and history before becoming somewhere for your dog or cat to fall asleep. Multiple layers of fabric mean that as the surface continues to wear, different colors and patterns can gradually reveal themselves underneath. A cushioned cotton insert handles the actual sleeping, while a PVC lining adds some practicality between pet and vintage textile. Colors and patterns are completely assorted, so choosing exactly what yours will look like isn't part of the arrangement. The good news is, your pet won't care which one arrives.
