Sunburnt from Nose Dive smells like the second version. You’ve been outside all day. Your skin is warm, somebody opened the rosé, the sun is beginning to disappear, and absolutely nothing needs to happen next. Pink pepper, iris, ambrette, and white musk create that soft skin-like warmth, while Sicilian lemon and mandarin bring in the brightness of summer before ozone, jasmine, rose, and amber blur everything together around the edges. It’s salty, citrusy, floral, and slightly hazy, capturing that specific point in a vacation when doing nothing starts to feel like you’re doing it exceptionally well.
