OYOY’s Sofuto Cushion Cover takes advantage of this with broad khaki stripes, a soft cotton weave, and just enough pattern to make the furniture around it look like it was chosen more deliberately. The long rectangular shape works particularly well breaking up square pillows on a sofa or bed, while the earthy khaki palette gets along with neutrals, color, and whatever assortment of textiles you've already accumulated. Made from 100% OEKO-TEX certified cotton, it’s soft enough to actually lean against, which is useful because decorative pillows eventually have to confront the uncomfortable reality that they are still pillows. Add an insert, throw it somewhere that looks vaguely intentional, and accept the disproportionate amount of credit it receives for improving the room.
