Water glasses might be the most-used objects nobody thinks very hard about. These suggest somebody did.
Creative Women’s Hammered Tumblers are handblown in India from 100% recycled glass, then hammered by hand to create their rippled texture and slightly organic shape. The smoky color is part of the glass itself rather than a surface treatment, giving each tumbler depth that won’t eventually wash away. And because they’re made entirely by hand, no four glasses will be suspiciously identical. Small differences in shape, texture, and size are simply evidence of how they got here. At 13.5 ounces, they’re substantial enough for water, iced coffee, cocktails, wine, or whatever else you drink often enough to justify having a really good glass for it. Everyday glassware is still everyday glassware. There’s just no rule saying everyday has to be the boring part.

About the Brand: Creative Women
Creative Women is interested in beautiful things, but also in who gets to benefit from making them. The woman-owned company works with women-led and family-owned artisan groups around the world, building long-term partnerships around traditional craft, natural and sustainable materials, and fair employment. Rather than sanding away every sign of the handmade process, Creative Women lets the materials and methods remain visible, whether that means variations in handwoven textiles or subtle differences between pieces of handblown recycled glass. The result is the sort of household object we here at Good Bounty tend to appreciate: useful enough for an ordinary Tuesday, interesting enough that nobody has to know it was an ordinary Tuesday.
