The Betta Vase from MESO is mouth-blown from recycled glass by artisans in Guadalajara, Mexico, giving its simple silhouette the small irregularities and variations that make handmade glass worth looking at in the first place. At nine inches tall, it’s substantial enough for a proper arrangement but sculptural enough to sit around empty without appearing to be waiting for instructions. The clear glass catches light, magnifies stems, and generally makes whatever you put inside it look like you planned the whole thing. Flowers help. The vase was doing pretty well on its own.
