Amanda Uprichard Orange Bandana-Hem Top | Size Small

There are quieter colors. There are also quieter shirts. Neither seemed relevant here. Amanda Uprichard takes a simple sleeveless top, cuts the bottom into a dramatic bandana-style point, and renders the whole thing in the sort of saturated orange that makes neutrality seem temporarily overrated. The asymmetrical hem gives it movement and a slightly early-2000s feel, while the otherwise pared-back silhouette keeps the unusual shape from becoming a whole production. It’s easy, a little unexpected, and considerably more interesting than the amount of fabric involved would suggest.
